Note to self #1...

In the health insurance biz all paperwork is kept in storage for 7 years before it can be destroyed.
Why 7, I don't know... probably just because 5 seems too short and 10 too long.
Anyhoo, This got me thinking that maybe we should all have a 7 year cut off point.
Any baggage, issues, or chips on shoulders that have been with us for longer than 7 years must be dropped.
Immediately.
No hanging on for the sake of having a handy excuse for present day problems...
If it's over the cut off date the 'history' is no longer a valid reason or motivation for current actions (or inaction)
so there.
Now i s'pose i'd better get on with all the stuff i should be doing.
